Consignor Portal via Ricochet

Ricochet Software. Paloma uses Ricochet, a consignment management platform, to keep everything organized and transparent.

Consignor Portal. At the time of your first consignor appointment, we'll create your consignor account and walk you through your personal portal. Login to your Consignor Portal here.

Set Up ACH Direct Deposit

Step 1: Login to Ricochet

  • Visit https://palomaconsignment.ricoconsign.com/login on your computer desktop
  • If forgot password or username, click 'forgot password' or reach out to us

Step 2: Review Profile and Accept Terms of Service

  • Verify that your first name, last name and email are accurate
  • Scroll down to "Ricochet ACH" section and check the boxes to accept Ricochet Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Click 'Signup for ACH'

Step 3: Add a Funding Source

  • Ricochet uses the company Plaid to connect your bank account to your account
  • On the Plaid pop up, enter in your cell number to receive a verification code. Enter in the code once texted to you.
  • Select or search for your banking institution and login to your bank
  • Select which account you want funds deposited to
  • Reach out if your bank is not on the list or we can add it manually if needed

Step 4: Confirm Setup

  • Once complete with set up, your bank and Plaid will likely send a verification email
  • Additionally, under the "Ricochet ACH" section on your Ricochet Profile tab, you will see "You have signed up for Ricochet ACH and will receive payouts in YOUR BANK."

Turn on Notifications
To get real-time alerts when your items sell, when payouts are processed, or when items are about to expire, we recommend downloading the Ricochet Go app:

Once you've logged in, go to your phone's Settings > Notifications > Ricochet Go and make sure notifications are turned on. This way you'll never miss an update on your items.

Please note: expiration alerts are sent 7 days before your item expires — not on the expiration day itself. This gives you a heads-up so you have time to pick up the item or make other arrangements before the deadline. You can also log into the Ricochet Go app anytime to see your expiring items directly on your dashboard.

Item Pickup After the 90-Day Period
If any of your items don't sell within the 90-day consignment period, you'll have two weeks from the end of that period to pick them up. If you need more time, please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements for a longer hold.

Please note: if items are not picked up within the two-week window and we haven't heard from you about extending your hold, the items will be automatically donated to our charity partner, Better ATX.

Or, Donate to Better ATX
If you'd rather not pick up your unsold items, you can also proactively opt to donate them to Better ATX. Better ATX is a 100% volunteer-led Austin nonprofit that has served the community since 1973, supporting local children, teens, and adults through programs that provide school essentials to kids in need, comfort items for young assault survivors, scholarships for Austin Community College students, and more. Proceeds from their Thrift House directly fund these programs.

Just let us know if you'd like to go this route, and we'll take care of the donation on your behalf.
